This multidisciplinary background gives her a 360-degree understanding of the creative industries and an instinctive ability to identify the cultural shifts that inspire today's most compelling brands and creative talents.
GRACE was born from this vision: the belief that fragrance deserves a fresh approach - one inspired by the creative practices, agility, and strategic thinking of other cultural industries, while remaining deeply respectful of perfumery's unique heritage and craftsmanship.
First and foremost, Stéphanie is a talent agent for perfumers. She represents and guides the creative talents of GRACE, identifying the brands that truly align with their artistic signature, fostering meaningful introductions, negotiating partnerships, and overseeing every stage of the collaboration with precision and care.
